Featured Recipe: Matcha Coconut Latte

For 1 latte


  • 1 teaspoon The Spice is Right Matcha powder
  • ¼ cup very hot water
  • ¼ cup warmed coconut milk
  • Sweeten to taste with raw honey


  1. Sift your matcha so it is lump-free (optional)
  2. Spoon the matcha into a large mug. Carefully add the hot water, then the coconut milk and whisk briskly, in an up and down motion, until frothy - about 30 - 40 seconds with a small kitchen whisk.
  3. Add sweetener, additional water, or coconut milk to taste.
