BREAKFAST

  • Salmon Croquettes & Grits- Two delicious wild caught salmon croquettes made with green onions, herbs and secret spices, served beside creamy stone ground grits, eggs with white or wheat toast.
  • Sausage, Spinach, Mushroom, Cheese Breakfast Bake – a large fluffy muffin packed with traditional morning flavors and baked to golden and bubbly yumminess.
  • Gulf Shrimp & Grits – A southern favorite of our New Orleans style lemon pepper shrimp added to a Creole seasoned roux generously poured over stone ground grits – Good Eatin’!
  • Traditional Bacon (or sausage) and Eggs – Two eggs any style, with smothered potatoes and meat of your choice (served with toast or biscuit)
  • Chicken & Waffles – Two pieces of golden fried chicken (your choice) and a fluffy waffle with honey, preserves or maple syrup.
  • Continental Breakfast – Assorted breads, scones and pastries, fresh fruit, juice, tea or coffee.
  • Hot Coffee or Tea/Juice

BUFFET ITEMS

  • MANGO CURRY CHICKEN SALAD – Chunks of white meat chicken seasoned with Indian curry, mango chutney, herbs, red onions, celery and red grapes.
  • PLUMBO CHICKEN WING PLATTER (serves approximately 25) – Tender buttermilk soaked chicken wings fried crisp and tossed in our famous Plumbo Sauce, made with plums, tomato and apricot puree, plus our own special spices.
  • BANGIN’ BBQ MEATBALLS (serves approximately 25) – Steaming hot savory TURKEY OR BEEF meatballs smothered in our sweet/savory Plumbo dipping sauce.
  • MINI SALMON CAKE PLATTER (serves approximately 25)
  • LOADED POTATO SALAD (Gallon dish – serves approximately 20) – Cooked Yukon potatoes mixed with a creamy roasted garlic dressing, grilled corn, carrot shreds, peas, and scallions
  • ITALIAN PASTA SALAD (Gallon dish serves approximately 20) – Perfect pasta al dente, dressed with olive oil, white wine vinegar, herbs, carrots, tomatoes , artichokes and spices.
  • GREEN GODDESS SALAD (serves approximately 20) – Fresh mixed baby lettuce leaves topped with red onions, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers. Served with aged balsamic vinaigrette. (avocado extra)
  • Plum Good Signature Iced Teas ( Back Porch Peach, or Strawberry Iced Tea) – Our version of the famous half ‘n half sweet tea:  thirst quenching iced tea and southern lemonade mixed, with a cinnamon twist. OR our flavor burst peach iced tea, made with crushed peaches!

  • THAI CHICKEN PEANUT WRAP– Grilled curry chicken strips with cucumber, red bell pepper, iceberg lettuce, tossed in with peanut sauce in a spinach tortilla
  • GRILLED SHRIMP SALAD BREAD or WRAP–   dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese & romaine lettuce in a tomato tortilla
  • JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN WRAP– Jerk seasoned & grilled chicken, special relish,  red leaf lettuce & tomato on a roll or in a garlic herb tortilla
  • ROASTED TURKEY SANDWICH WRAP– turkey, fresh basil, avocado, cheese, red leaf lettuce, tomato on your choice bread a garlic & herb tortilla, (bacon optional)
  • CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD WITH WALNUTS & RED GRAPES WRAP– Grilled chicken, toasted walnuts, celery & grapes, butter lettuce, tomato & curry cream cheese in a seasoned tortilla
  • SPICY ITALIAN SAUSAGE – grilled turkey OR pork sausage, topped with cherry pepper marinara sauce, and mozzarella
  • TUNA/EGG SALAD– Blended Tuna and Egg Salad with mayonnaise, capers, green onions, diced celery, , green onion, capers & hot pepper sauce on wheat roll
  • ROATED VEGGIE WRAP – Sweet peppers, onion, zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant, savory herb sauce in a spinach, flour or tomato tortilla, $9.00
